These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and 7Sky Technovation Pvt. Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), regarding your access to and use of the Rentilium platform, including the Rentilium website located at [https://www.rentilium.com](https://www.rentilium.com), as well as any other related media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all these Terms. If you do not agree with all these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.
Rentilium provides property management solutions, including AI-powered tools for managing rental properties, tenant interactions, and related administrative tasks.
Services may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time at the discretion of 7Sky Technovation Pvt. Ltd.
By accessing and using Rentilium, you affirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and have the legal capacity to enter into and comply with a binding agreement under applicable laws, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use the services of Rentilium with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who will be responsible for your use of the platform. To use the services, you must complete the registration process by providing truthful and accurate information, including but not limited to your full name, age, email address, physical address, and contact number.
By using Rentilium, you agree to pay the applicable fees for access to the platform and any related services (the "Fees") as specified during the registration or subscription process. Fees will be charged on a [prepaid/post-paid] basis, as indicated at the time of purchase. If you select the prepaid option, the full amount for the selected subscription plan is due and payable in advance at the start of the subscription period. If you choose the post-paid option, the Fees will be invoiced at the end of each billing cycle, with payment due within thirty (30) days from the invoice date. For post-paid subscriptions, 7 Sky Tech Innovation Pvt Ltd will issue an invoice detailing the Fees incurred during each cycle. You are responsible for ensuring that all payments are made promptly and in full in accordance with the payment terms specified.
All Fees paid to 7Sky Technovation Pvt. Ltd. for the use of Rentilium are non-refundable. Once paid, such Fees shall be deemed fully earned and irrevocably appropriated, regardless of whether the subscription or access to the platform is terminated, cancelled, or otherwise discontinued. No claims for refunds, chargebacks, or reversals will be entertained under any circumstances.

To access certain features of Rentilium, you may be required to register an account. You agree to keep your account credentials, including your password, confidential and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. 7Sky Technovation Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to remove, reclaim, or modify any username you select if, at our sole discretion, we determine that the username is inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
7Sky Technovation Pvt. Ltd. accepts the following forms of payment: Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, and UPI. By making a purchase or booking through the Site, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for all transactions. You further agree to promptly update your account and payment details, including your email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, to ensure successful transactions and facilitate communication as needed. Applicable taxes will be added to the price of purchases as required. All payments will be processed in INR.
All payments made are non-refundable. Once paid, Fees are deemed fully earned and irrevocably appropriated, regardless of whether the subscription or access to the platform is terminated, cancelled, or otherwise discontinued. No claims for refunds, chargebacks, or reversals will be entertained under any circumstances.
By using Rentilium, you agree not to engage in any illegal activities, attempt unauthorized access to the platform or its data, impersonate any person or entity, upload or transmit offensive or harmful content, introduce malicious software, send unsolicited communications, use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes, or disrupt the proper functioning of the platform. Any such activity may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your access to Rentilium and may expose you to legal liability.
These Terms and Conditions remain in effect as long as you use or subscribe to Rentilium services. Subscribers may terminate their subscription by written notice; no refunds will be issued for any unused subscription portion. 7Sky Technovation Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to Rentilium immediately, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms and Conditions or for any other necessary reason, including non-payment of Fees. Upon termination, access to Rentilium ceases, and all outstanding amounts owed to 7Sky Technovation Pvt. Ltd. become immediately due and payable. Provisions by nature surviving termination like Intellectual property, Liability limitations, and Payment obligations continue to apply.
7Sky Technovation Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use Rentilium, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, even if such damages were foreseeable or the company had been advised of their possibility. The platform, including all its services, tools, and functionalities, is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Subscriber acknowledges that the use of Rentilium is at their sole risk, and 7Sky Technovation Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.
All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary technologies associated with Rentilium, are owned by 7Sky Technovation Pvt. Ltd.
Subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Rentilium solely for the intended purpose.
We care about data privacy and security. By using the website, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy posted on the Site.
We may maintain certain data that you transmit to the Site or that pertains to your use of the Site for the purpose of managing and optimizing the Site's performance. While we perform regular backups of data as part of our operational processes, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for any data that you transmit or any activity conducted through the Site. We shall not be held liable for any loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to such data, and you expressly waive any claims or actions against 7Sky Technovation Pvt. Ltd. arising from such incidents. It is your responsibility to ensure appropriate backups and safeguards for your data outside the Site.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time without any prior written notice to you. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically for updates / changes. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the revisions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
If any dispute arises between a user/users and 7Sky Technovation Pvt. Ltd. in connection with the use of the Website or thereafter, including disputes relating to the validity, interpretation, implementation, or alleged breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, such dispute shall be referred to a sole Arbitrator, who shall be an independent and neutral third party appointed by 7Sky Technovation Pvt. Ltd. The decision of the Arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties to the dispute. The place of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India. The arbitration proceedings shall be governed by the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.
These Terms of Use, along with any policies or operating rules posted
by us on the Site or in relation to the Site, constitute the entire
agreement and understanding between you and 7Sky Technovation Pvt.
Ltd.
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these
Terms of Use shall not be considered a waiver of such right or
provision.
These Terms of Use operate to the fullest extent permissible under
applicable law. We reserve the right to assign any or all of our
rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice.
7Sky Technovation Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held responsible for any
loss, damage, delay, or failure to act caused by circumstances beyond
our reasonable control.
If any provision or part of a provision in these Terms of Use is
deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part will
be severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of
the remaining provisions.
No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is
created between you and 7Sky Technovation Pvt. Ltd. as a result of
these Terms of Use or your use of the Site. These Terms of Use will
not be construed against us as the drafter of the Terms.
You acknowledge and agree that these Terms of Use are in electronic
form and that your agreement to these Terms does not require physical
signatures by the parties involved.
